1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EbookGPT platform ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

EbookGPT is an AI-assisted ebook creation platform. The Platform allows users to generate text, illustrations and formatting for digital and print publications based on prompts and settings defined by the user.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction;
  • Have legal capacity to enter into contracts;
  • Not be prohibited from using our services under any applicable law.

4. User Account

To access Platform features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials;
  • All activity carried out on your account;
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Intellectual Property

Content generated by the user through the Platform belongs to the user, subject to the limitations below. EbookGPT retains all rights over the technology, algorithms, interface and brand of the Platform.

By using the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to temporarily process and store your content for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Prohibited Content

It is strictly prohibited to create, publish or distribute content through the Platform that:

  • Is illegal, defamatory, abusive, obscene or harmful to minors;
  • Violates third-party intellectual property rights;
  • Promotes hatred, discrimination or violence;
  • Contains malware, viruses or malicious code;
  • Constitutes spam or unsolicited advertising.

7. Payments and Refunds

If you purchase a paid plan, the payment, renewal and cancellation conditions will be described on the subscription page. Refunds may be requested within 7 (seven) calendar days after the charge, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". EbookGPT does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that AI-generated results will fully meet user expectations. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 3 months.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect 15 days after publication. Continued use of the Platform after that period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP are elected as the exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
